Content Removal Policy

AITUBE respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to takedown requests. We do not host content directly — all media is embedded from third-party platforms (Civitai, RedGIFs, Reddit). However, we will remove any listing from our index upon valid request.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

To request content removal, send an email to dmca@aitube.cam with the following information:

  1. Your full name and contact information
  2. The URL(s) of the content on AITUBE you want removed
  3. A description of the copyrighted work or rights being infringed
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your electronic or physical signature

Response Time

We aim to process all valid takedown requests within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:

  • Remove the content listing from our index
  • Confirm removal via email
  • Take reasonable steps to prevent re-listing

Important Note

Since we only embed and index content from third-party platforms, removing a listing from AITUBE does not remove the original content from its host platform. You may need to contact the host platform directly to remove the source material.

Report Button

You can also use the "Report" button on any content page to flag content for review. Reports of content depicting real persons or minors are prioritized.
